The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible location with adequate space for vehicle access and equipment operation, as well as obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals for the event.
By booking, the client acknowledges that participation in event activities, including foam and water-based play, involves inherent risks. Adult supervision is required for events involving minors. 7 Kids Entertainment is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from guest behavior, misuse of equipment, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse. 7 Kids Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
